Acceptable Use Policy

Presidentializer is a satire tool. To keep it safe and legal for everyone, the following uses are prohibited:

Prohibited Uses

• Impersonation & deception — generating content designed to make others believe a real person actually wrote or said it
• Harassment & targeting — using the tool to harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate any individual
• Defamation — creating false statements of fact about real people presented as genuine
• Disinformation — using outputs in political disinformation campaigns, fake news, or coordinated inauthentic behavior
• Minors — use by or directed at anyone under 13
• Automated scraping — automated bulk use of the converter without prior written permission
• Illegal activity — any use that violates applicable law

Satire vs. Harmful Use

Satire and parody are protected expression and are the intended purpose of this tool. The distinction that matters is intent to deceive: sharing a clearly labeled satirical output is acceptable; presenting it as a genuine statement is not.

Enforcement

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation of this policy without notice. Egregious violations may be reported to relevant authorities.
