Nature of the Service
Presidentializer is a satirical, parodic tool. All output is artificially generated and does not represent real statements by any person, living or dead. Any resemblance to actual statements is coincidental and for comedic effect only.
Acceptable Use
You may not use this service to harass, defame, or impersonate any individual, or to generate content intended to deceive others into believing it is a real statement. See our full Acceptable Use Policy.
Age Requirement
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service.
Intellectual Property
Output text generated by the tool is provided to you for personal, non-commercial use. The underlying model, codebase, and site design are owned by the operator. The training corpus is derived from publicly available posts; we make no copyright claim over third-party content used for model training.
AI-Generated Content
Some features (nickname generation) use the Anthropic Claude API. AI output may be inaccurate, unexpected, or inappropriate. You are responsible for how you use and share any generated content.
Accounts
An account is required to use the AI-powered nickname generation feature (the core capitalization feature does not require an account). Accounts use passwordless email sign-in — we email you a one-time link, no password is stored. You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address associated with your account.
Credits & Payments
AI-powered nickname generation is billed per use via a credit system. New accounts receive 5 free credits. Additional credits are purchased in one-time packs via Stripe; credits are not a subscription and do not renew or auto-charge. Purchased credits do not expire.
All credit purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for purchased credits or unused balances except where required by law.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of outputs, or fitness for any particular purpose.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim arising from use of this service is limited to the greater of $100 or amounts you paid us in the prior 3 months.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, USA. Disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
