Who We Are
Presidentializer.com is a satirical web application that transforms text using capitalization patterns derived from publicly available social media posts. This site is operated by Truly Random, LLC and is not affiliated with any political party or public figure.
Data We Collect
Account & Email
If you join the waitlist or create an account, we collect your email address. Accounts use passwordless email sign-in (no password is stored) and are hosted by Supabase, which acts as a data processor under its own Privacy Policy. We use your email solely to authenticate you and communicate with you about the service. We do not sell or share your email with third parties.
If you use the AI-powered nickname feature, we also store your credit balance and a transaction ledger (grants, purchases, and usage, each tied to your account) so we can track your balance and support billing questions.
Payment Data
Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store raw card numbers or payment credentials. Stripe acts as a data processor under its own Privacy Policy.
Analytics & Performance
With your consent, we use Google Analytics (page views and sessions) and Vercel Speed Insights (Core Web Vitals only). Neither service is loaded until you accept analytics cookies. See our Cookie Policy for details.
Text You Enter
Text submitted to the converter is processed transiently to generate output. We do not store or log your input text beyond the duration of a single request. When the AI nickname feature is enabled, your text is sent to the Anthropic API under Anthropic's Privacy Policy.

Your Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or to object to or restrict processing. You can submit an access or deletion request yourself, self-service, at Your Privacy Rights— we'll email you a confirmation link before acting on it. California residents may also request disclosure of data sold or shared in the prior 12 months. We do not sell personal data.
Data Retention
Email addresses are retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Payment records are retained as required by tax law (typically 7 years). Analytics data is retained per the respective service's data retention policy.
Children
This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, contact us immediately.
Changes to This Policy
We will post updates here with a revised date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
